2. Faulty Replacement Parts

If a replacement part installed by 11 Stars Mobile Center becomes faulty within the warranty period:

  • The device will be inspected by our technicians
  • If the fault is confirmed to be related to the installed part, we will repair or replace the part free of charge

Covered: Parts that fail due to manufacturing defects or workmanship issues within the warranty period.

3. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
  • Damage caused after the repair (drops, cracks, water damage, etc.)
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair
  • Customer changes their mind after the repair is completed
  • Devices with pre-existing faults that were not related to the repair
